>April Fool’s Smart Smoothie

1/2 cup yougurt
1 medium raw beet (pls cook if allergic to raw)
2 garlic cloves
1 banana
1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp cinnamon
1 kiwi
1 cup green tea (brewed + chilled)
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tsp dried ginger

Blend until smooth, makes 1 1/2 cups
