>Smooothie Recipie from yesterday


>Ingredients

1 medium raw carrot
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp spirulina
1tsbls flax seed powder
3 small stalk broccoli
1 pack Danone silouette yorgurt

A powerful bender, makes 2 1/2 cups can be split between breakfast and lunch or drank in on sitting.
